At an old knife factory in the gorgeous village of Fiskars, there is a craft brewery, an urban winery as well as a micro distillery. This is where we brew Fiskars Brewery‘s witty wild beers, Noita Winery‘s natural wines (yes, made out of grapes, in Finland!) and Ägräs Distillery‘s wild herb infused distillates. Also our sister brewery Suomenlinnan Panimo produces here its canned beers when not warming up the tanks in Suomenlinna Sea Fortress.
Until 2001 the factory produced knifes and other sharp tools to be used at kitchen and on the field. Nowadays the entire 1970’s building is focusing on our alcohol bevereges. We have a visitor centre with shop, bar and summer restaurant with nice terrace by the river side. We organise tours, tastings, events and you can rent our facilities for meetings, events and other festivities.
We organise guided tours where you can here and see what’s cooking at our production facilities. During the tour you can taste the products and afterwards sip a drink at our large terrace by the Fiskars river. Please note that the tours are organised in Finnish language, but if you’d like to book a tour in English for a group, contact us beforehand via email or by phone.
Our gastrobar-type kitchen is open during the summer season serving high-quality food paired with our beers, natural wines and spirits.

During the tour we guide you through the beer brewing process, how we ended up producing natural wines out of Austrian grapes and how does our distillery work.
During the peak season (from Midsummer to mid-August) we organise tours on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. When it slows down the open tours take place once a month. The tour takes about an hour and costs 35 € / person (including drinks). Maximum amount of people in one tour is 25.
B2B and larger groups
If you are looking for a space for your event, please drop us an email to info@veitsitehdas.fi. You can rent smaller venues from Veitsitehdas or even the whole visitor centre for your event. We also organice tours and tastings for larger croups. Contact to us and we will organize a memorable event or meeting for you with a tasty side program.
