Are you looking for a manufacturer and packaging partner for your beverages? Veitsitehdas is a versatile beverage production facility offering contract manufacturing for carbonated drinks such as lemonades, mineral waters, mixed drinks, and long drinks. We are located in Fiskars, Western Uusimaa, approximately 100 km from both Helsinki and Turku, providing an excellent logistical location. We are known for sustainable production, quality and safety, our experienced team, and agile manufacturing.
Our production capacity is 5,000 cans per hour, and we offer various packaging options, such as 33 cl and 50 cl aluminium cans with either your own label or printed cans, as well as 20 ltr and 30 ltr KEG containers suitable for horeca distribution. Minimum batch size starts from 2,800 litres. If needed, we also have experience in recipe creation or optimisation, and we can source raw materials competitively. Our production process ensures traceability throughout the entire production chain.
Quality and safety are of utmost importance to us. We have our own quality laboratory where we perform various measurements, and our production team is trained in sensory evaluation. In addition, we use pasteurisation and deoxygenated water to ensure the quality of our products.
In Veitsitehdas’ laboratory, measurements are taken for, among others: CO₂, O₂, pH, total microbes, yeasts, moulds, ethanol, and sugar. We can also provide you with nutritional calculations and ingredient lists for packaging purposes.
We are committed to sustainable production and responsibility. We are ISO14001 certified, use solar panels, and recycle hot water in production. We also capture carbon dioxide generated during fermentation processes for reuse. We adhere to safe space principles within our company.
We offer flexible and fast deliveries directly to the customer’s warehouse or end customer. Our in-house logistics team handles all necessary paperwork and collection requests. If required, we provide design services from idea to finished product. Collaboration can be a one-off project or a long-term partnership.
